This site presents direct technical support, cleanup, documentation, and contract-work availability through JGS Tech Consult. If you engage the work, the signed agreement, statement of work, platform agreement, or written scope controls.

No guarantee of outcome

Technical recommendations and delivery work are based on available information, access, constraints, and stated scope. JGS Tech Consult does not guarantee any specific business, legal, compliance, security, audit, insurance, platform, vendor, or financial outcome.

PROVE engagements

PROVE evidence-bundle engagements are handled through cloudjgs.com under their own scope and terms. JGS Tech Consult does not certify compliance, provide audit opinions, or bundle PROVE assessment work into direct technical services.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, required access, decision authority, timely review, necessary approvals, and payment under the agreed structure. Client environments, third-party systems, licensing, permissions, vendor limits, and organizational constraints may affect outcomes.

Intellectual property

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, pre-existing methods, templates, tooling, documentation structures, and know-how remain the property of their original owner. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable agreement or statement of work.

Third-party platforms

Work may involve Microsoft 365, cloud services, scheduling systems, hosting providers, software vendors, or other third-party platforms. JGS Tech Consult is not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, terms, security, or platform changes.
